The Light Fund was set up in 2004 to raise funds for tangible charity projects aimed at children, women and men. Since then we have raised £500,000 and funded many worthwhile charity projects.

The Light Fund's monies are raised through a variety of events throughout the year.
In December of each year The Light Fund Committee collectively decides which charitable projects to fund from the raised proceeds. We are very keen to hear from charities about projects that The Light Fund could consider funding for 2012, (each project will ideally cost in the region of £5,000).

We are dedicated to funding projects that can be implemented during 2012.

Closing date for charity submissions: November 30^th 2011

The only way for charities to make submissions is via this website by clicking on the apply button above. Funds for successful proposals will be released by early January.
